Return&Refund policy
At Icecec we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us.
If you are experiencing any shipping or product issues, please email to support@icecec.com including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request. and our team will assist you right away.
Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1.Return and Refund Eligibility:
Defective Products: If the clothing you received is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return or refund. This includes manufacturing defects and quality issues.
Wrong Products: If you received clothing that is not the one you ordered, we will assist you with the return or exchange.
2.Size or Fit Issues: We understand that selecting the right clothing size can be challenging. If the clothing you ordered doesn't fit properly, we can offer exchange or return services under specific conditions.
3.Return Timeframe:
You must notify us of your intention to return the product within 15 days of receiving it.
4.Return Process:

Our team will evaluate your request and provide you with the return address, including the return shipping label if applicable.
5.Return Conditions:
The clothing must be returned in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and original packaging.
For safety and hygiene reasons, the clothing must not show any signs of wear, use, or damage. If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
6.Refund Process:
We will process the refund within 1-2 business days after confirming that the product matches the buyer's description. The refund will be returned to the original payment account. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account depends on your card issuer and typically takes 7-15 days.
7.Return Costs:
If the return is due to our error, such as incorrect clothing or quality issues, we will provide a full refund, including the return shipping cost.
However, if the buyer initiates the return due to personal preference or ordering the wrong clothing/color, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
8.Exchange:
If you wish to exchange the clothing for a different size or model, please indicate your preference when contacting us. We will guide you through the exchange process. There is no additional fee or shipping cost for exchanges.
9.Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately. Once the product is shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

Cancel Unpaid Orders
If your order is not paid for, you can easily cancel it yourself.

Cancel Paid Orders
If your order has been paid for, you need to contact us via support@icecec.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED/MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS
You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.
REFUND
Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
* Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.
* If you return an item without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider the item to be non-refundable.
LATE/MISSING REFUNDS
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
If you have not received a refund, you can take the following steps:
*Check your bank or PayPal balance again (transaction may be delayed).
*Contact your bank/credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to be officially released, as it may take up to 7-10 business days to process the balance).

SHIPPING COST & RELISTING FEE
To return your product, you should mail your product to support@icecec.com. Email us with your order number for more information.
*Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If there is no product quality problem, due to the customer's personal reasons, such as dislike/choose the wrong color/choose the wrong size...
*Icecec are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If product is defective/damage/missing item/wrong item
*We do not charge relisting fee.
